  1. Giveaway Period: The :ratio Dairy Dumbbells Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins at 9AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 27, 2021 and concludes when the supply of three hundred (300) offers has been exhausted (the “Giveaway Period”).
  2. Eligibility: Open to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age and older as of date of Offer Redemption (defined below). Employees of General Mills, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively “Sponsor and its Administrators”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or receive an Offer. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
  3. How to Receive an Offer: To participate during the Giveaway Period, visit giveaway.ratiofood.com (the “Site”) and following the onscreen instructions to complete all required registration information. If you are one of the first three hundred (300) participants during the Giveaway Period to register, you will be eligible to receive one dairy dumbbell (“Offer”), subject to verification (“Offer Redemption”). The approximate retail value of each Offer is $50. The total value of all Offers is $15,000. All Offer Redemptions must be complete to be eligible. All Offer Redemptions become property of the Sponsor. Offers will be given on a first come, first serve basis to qualified entrants. The receipt by winner of the Offer offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by any winner (at sponsor’s sole discretion) will result in such winner’s disqualification as winnter of the giveaway and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

    There is a limit of one (1) Offer Redemption per person. Participation is subject to disqualification of all Offer Redemptions if multiple accounts are used by the same person. There is a maximum of three hundred (300) Offers available. Limit one (1) Offer per household. Offers will be mailed to the address provided at time of registration in approximately 6-8 weeks after the Giveaway Period is over. Return of any Offer as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of Offer. All registrations are subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Offer with an Offer of equal or greater value in the event that the Offer becomes unavailable for any reason.
  4. Social Media Disclaimers and Policies: This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Sponsor and all Giveaway entrants fully release Instagram and Facebook, from any claims or issues arising from this Giveaway.
  5. General: Use of computer programs and other automatic means to participate in the Giveaway is prohibited. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of Offers by using multiple/different email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void such Offer Redemptions. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway or Site may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Normal Internet access and usage/data charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Registration forms will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Offer Redemption. "Authorized account holder" of an e-mail address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a registration form, the registration will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Offer Redemptions by script, macro or other automated means which subvert the Offer Redemption process are void. Fraudulent Offer Redemptions and/or use of multiple addresses to obtain multiple offers could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC Sections 1341 & 1342). Sponsor reserves the right to substantiate Offer Redemptions and request additional identification and/or documentation. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway or Site, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason, and fulfill only the eligible offer requests received prior to cancellation. Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies are not responsible for late, misdirected, or incomplete activities; or computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions; or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, possession and/or use or misuse of the Offer, and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective officers directors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, third party services’ providers and Offer suppliers from all claims or damages arising out of the entrants participation in the Giveaway and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any Offer.
